The level of service provided or any incidental advice and views shared by NKG EQUITIES PRIVATE LIMITED are not influenced by the commissions received.

The table below shows the indicative trail commission rates received from various AMCs under different product categories. Actual commissions may vary slightly across schemes and share classes as per AMC-defined slabs and SEBI regulations.

Key Disclosures

  • NKG EQUITIES PRIVATE LIMITED receives only trail commissions from Asset Management Companies (AMCs). No upfront commissions or incentive-based commissions are accepted.
  • Investors may refer to their Consolidated Account Statement (CAS) issued by the Registrar or the AMC, which reflects the total commission paid to distributors for their investments.
  • All commissions are paid directly by the respective AMCs and are included within the Total Expense Ratio (TER) of the scheme.
  • The distributor does not receive any remuneration, gifts, or non-cash benefits from AMCs or their associates that could give rise to a conflict of interest.
  • Any changes to the trail commission structure will be disclosed on this website on a quarterly basis, in accordance with AMFI guidelines.
  • Equity-oriented schemes include equity-oriented hybrid funds and equity arbitrage funds.
  • Debt-oriented schemes comprise all schemes that do not qualify as equity-oriented schemes (excluding ELSS).
  • The commission rates mentioned above are mutually agreed upon with the respective AMCs and are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Investments made through regular plans involve the payment of commissions to distributors.
  • Transaction Charges: NKG Equities Private Limited has opted out of transaction charges for all mutual fund schemes. Accordingly, no transaction charges will be applicable on purchases of mutual fund products.
